TOUR PLAN

Day 1: Arrival At JRO Airport Transfer To Arusha
You will be met at the International Airport of Kilimanjaro by our representative. After short introduction you will be offered bottle of mineral water then be transferred direct to your hotel for an overnight. Our Kilimanjaro team will meet you at the hotel to brief you on your upcoming trek and check your equipment. Meal plan: Bed, and Breakfast Included.
Day 2: Umbwe Gate to Umbwe Camp
Transfer to Umbwe Gate for registration and begin the trek. Hike through dense rainforest to reach Umbwe Camp for the night.
Day 3: Umbwe Camp to Barranco Camp
Ascend through the forest and moorland zones to Barranco Camp. This day includes a steep climb, but the views become more expansive as you progress.
Day 4: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp
Climb the Barranco Wall, a challenging but rewarding ascent with spectacular views. Continue to Karanga Camp for overnight accommodation.
Day 5: Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp
Hike through the alpine desert and reach Barafu Camp, which is the final camp before the summit. Prepare for the summit attempt with rest and acclimatization.
Day 6: Barafu Camp to Summit (Uhuru Peak) and Descend to Mweka Camp
Midnight Ascent: Begin the climb to Uhuru Peak for sunrise. After reaching the summit, descend to Mweka Camp for the night.
Day 7: Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate and Transfer to Hotel
Final Descent: Hike down from Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate, where you’ll receive your summit certificate. Transfer back to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.
